Summer work required for students entering the sixth, seventh and eighth grades at Central Middle School in September of 2010

Attention students and parents: Please follow the links below to view and download the appropriate reading lists and cover letters that are associated with the grade you/your child will be entering in September of 2011. The cover letters have record keeping sheets onto which the students are to indicate which books they read and parents are to sign.

MATHEMATICS

Central Middle School is no longer using math packets for summer work. Instead, we will be using Study Island. All students should log on to Study Island regularly and work on units from the year that they just completed. For example, 6^th graders moving on to 7^th grade should complete units for Grade 6.
