BRIEF BIO
 
This is my fourth year teaching first grade at Gillette School.

Previously I have taught fourth grade for one year and third grade

for two years.

DAILY HOMEWORK

Homework is meant to reinfoce lessons taught in school and also to

encourage responsibility. Students will typically be given a math and

a spelling assignment that are due back the following school day unless

otherwise specified. Students may also have journal homework throughout

the year, in which case they will be given a calendar of all prompts for the month.

Sight words, spelling words, reading skills, and basic math facts should also be

practiced daily.

 Monday: P.E. with Ms. Peralta(Remember to wear sneakers!)

 Tuesday: Library with Mrs. Lommel (Remember to return your library books!)

 Wednesday: P.E. with Ms. Peralta (Remember to wear sneakers!)

 Thursday: Music with Mr. Rideout (Remember to bring your singing voice!)

daily basis. The goal of the timed test each week is improvement -

even if it is just one more fact mastered.
