FRIDAY NEWSLETTER

FROM THE DESK OF MRS. HOLZINGER

I am asking that ALL TOYS, STUFFED ANIMALS< etc. be left at home for the remainder of the year. These items are starting to become a real distraction for many students.

We had a great time painting the giant mural in the all purpose room. We cannot wait to see the finished product. Thanks to all the moms and dads who helped out with this project.

Field day will be May 22nd. The theme this year is the Olympics. We are team Italy so we will be wearing green that day.

Today we were “First grade experts”. Be sure to ask your child all about this.

We are still collecting money for the GI Go Fund which helps our Veterans. There will be a collection jug in the front hallway until 5/24. Thanks for supporting this project that is near and dear to my heart.
